Overview
Roughly three quarters of Dubai's residential deals are off-plan: buyers commit six or seven figures against a floor plan and a few renders. Maskan closes that gap with a browser-based 3D configurator. A buyer opens a link, walks through a regionally authentic Gulf villa (majlis, prep kitchen, staff room) in first person with collision, flips to a roof-off floor plan or an exterior orbit, and changes six finish categories while floating price hotspots — occlusion-tested and bound both ways to the panel — update the total live. Phase 2 turns it into a platform: multi-tenant white-labelling with a closed, validated token set per developer, per-user hashed-token accounts, a broker role with many-to-many mandates and commission rates snapshotted onto every configuration, and genuine multiplayer shared viewings over WebSockets where every participant's position and heading are drawn in the scene and anyone can lead the tour.
